Όλοι οι διαγωνιζόμενοι θα πάρουν ξύλινο μετάλλιο σε lanyard με το λογότυπο του Ios Adventure και ένα εκπτωτικό κουπόνι 15% από την εταιρεία Terra Nation, ενώ οι πρωτεύσαντες κατά άθλημα θα λάβουν ένα μαρμάρινο σουβέρ που απεικονίζει το νησί της Ίου και το έμβλημα του αγώνα στο οποίο συμμετείχαν.

Τα δώρα όμως δεν σταματούν εδώ:

Πλούσια όμως δώρα θα μοιράσουν και οι χορηγοί του event. Συγκεκριμένα, οι πρώτοι νικητές του αγωνίσματος Ios Trail Race 14km,  θα λάβουν δώρα από την εταιρεία Xtreme Stores (togu ball, balance board, κτλ). Οι νικητές των αγωνισμάτων κολύμβησης, θα λάβουν πετσέτες θαλάσσης ONE MOE  και του Ios Challenge Regular τσάντες IKA KOPU, προσφορά της εταιρείας Terra Nation.

Στα αθλήματα Ios Trail Race 24km & Ios Challenge Extreme, οι πρώτοι νικητές θα λάβουν δώρο ασημένια μετάλλια με το περίγραμμα και τις συντεταγμένες της Ίου, προσφορά του κοσμηματοπωλείου Theros Jewelry.

Θα υπάρξουν όμως και πολλές κληρώσεις, για τους αθλητές, τους εθελοντές και για τους συμμετέχοντες στον παιδικό αγώνα, στις οποίες θα κληρωθούν πλούσια δώρα από τις εταιρείες Eco life, Xtreme Stores & Terra Nation, μεταξύ των οποίων ένα σκίαστρο HARE KOHU(για τους συμμετέχοντες αθλητές). Θα λάβουν επίσης μοναδικά βιβλία για τα ψηφιδωτά της Ίου, από τον συγγραφέα κο Ιωάννη Λουκιανό. Δεν πρέπει δε να ξεχνάμε και την προσφορά της ATP Training Team, που αφορά σε προπονήσεις με την ομάδα.

Τονίζεται δε, ότι όλοι οι συμμετέχοντες στον παιδικό αγώνα, ο οποίος εορτάζεται στα πλαίσια της Ολυμπιακής Ημέρας, θα λάβουν αναμνηστικό καπέλο και τιμητικό δίπλωμα, υπογεγραμμένο από τους προέδρους της παγκόσμιας και της ελληνικής Ολυμπιακής Επιτροπής.
